I’m three weeks in and so proud of the results. I went from 150 to 143 pounds so far. I am doing 6 hour eating windows. While I’m hungry in the morning, it’s not a big deal knowing I’m not doing anything crazy like a 7 day (although my goal is to do a 5-7 day fast at some point). I really enjoy the food I eat and generally feel full a lot easier. My sleep has improved as well. I haven’t noticed a huge cognitive shift at all tho. And also… I noticed 2 pounds lost in each of the three weeks thus far.
