105 hours Dryfast.

Just Venting. Why do i crave strawberries and blueberries watermelon. flavored ice. smoothies from robeks. wrap up some berries in some nearly frozen kale with droplets of water on it and just engorge on them. I know the reason but entertain me. I have 63 hours remaining on my first ever dry fast with a goal of 7 days and kind of want to avoid fructose for as long as possible though ill have some coconut water after a few hours of breaking fast.

You can be allergic to these? Or it can be sugar cravings? Do you feel you are addicted to sugars like fruits sugars? Also one question for you? How did you manage ca 5 days on your first try? Looks like too much for a first timer, is it not advisable 3 days first?

Food fantasy or “food porn,” is extremely common during fasts. Don’t read into it too much. Refeeds aren’t as difficult or scary as they’re made out to be here. There’s no reason to avoid fructose, but there’s also no reason to use a specific kind of water or other food. Refeeds without overwhelming amounts of salt, acidity, or preservatives won’t be harmful if you don’t engage in a pathological binge. Drink a glass of water, eat a handful of something, get some rest. The next day you can eat more or less as normal. I’ve done this for years and never had problems.
