12 hrs in and starting to get getting irritated at everything.
This is my first time water fasting so im not used to this. Every little thing can get me mad, and i was not like that before. Did anyone of you guys go through this?
My goal is 7 days

This is why people shouldn’t just dive into full on fasting without prior experience. Try intermittent fasting first. Try just pushing your first meal back a bit. You’re not going to make it through anything by torturing yourself.
