That’s great! 23 hours is fantastic, but 36 hours would be an incredible accomplishment for you! I say, go for the 36 hour fast. You’re almost there! I would break my fast slowly though. Ease your body into processing food again. I once ate every 48 hours for one month. I never felt better! I only had problems whenever I broke my fast. I tried to eat a normally portioned meal, and I felt so sick after. Good Luck!
keep going, I’m in the same boat. 34 hours in and 16ish more to go. first time not eating a single meal a day. Not hungry as well. In fact i’ve more energy than ever. I think this week I walked more than in the last 4month together.
I’m really blown away by how easy it seems to not a meal, I’m curious how much I can extend my fasting window without torturing myself.
I plan on eating a meal every other day, workout day 1meal, rest day fasting.
