Just finished my 130 hour fast. Was aiming for a straight 5 days, but due to losing track of time on day 0, that would have had me eating at 10:30 pm, so I figured I'd push through until morning.
9.4 lbs lost between end of day 1 and now (I don't like to count from day 0 as I usually only weigh at the end of my daily fasting window). Felt basically fine the whole fast, though day 5 I was so distracted by the concept of food I found working hard (must ensure I organise lots of meetings for final day in future!)
Broke fast with Coke zero to restart hunger, then cucumber and chicken, then a small portion of cheese. Feel insanely full despite it being a tiny portion, but figure that's a good thing. No other negative side effects, medium energy and ready for a day of small meals and lots of exercise.

Thats awesome! I did a 72 hour one and by the last day all i could think was the prime steak that i bought to break my fast with lol and how to cook it.
Disappointed that i was only able to eat a portion of it. Well not really but im just used to overeat tbh

gratz, but cola zero is not the best way to break a fast. Read Malachow.The best option is to start with fresh juice from grapefruit, then reintroduce small portions of veggies, fruits, then nuts, meat and dairy.
