Start with 72 hour fast first, then if you’re still feeling well keep going.
15 days is pretty long if you’re new to fasting though, longest I’ve done is 5 days (with one 24hr dry day in the middle) and that was starting to feel a bit rough.
You are better off getting disciplined and doing back to back 72s for a few months versus doing one long balls-to-the-wall fast.
You’ll get better results, you’ll learn how to eat properly, and you’ll still lose insane amounts of weight.
Consistency > Random motivation that dies out.
I would recommend a 15 day snake fast as a whole. Part of Coles reasoning behind the 5 day dry fast was because he smashed down a whole bunch of McDonald’s to gain weight and than did the fast to prove he could go back down in weight just to prove a point. If your foal is to lose weight just do the snake juice. He did say in a podcast that on day 5 of his dry fast, he could barely walk up the stairs and because of lack of electrolytes he had heart palpitations up the ass. I’m currently on day 9 about to hit day 10 in an hour and I’ve been doing nothing but SJ and my body has finally found some sort of balance. My goal is to hit 21 days. I was at 218lbs and am currently at 202lbs. So far my best friend has been magnesium pills from Walmart and of course the SJ. Fasting itself is already taxing but I don’t necessarily see a need to dry fast atleast that long. I would say if you’re up for it than maybe one day dry fast when you’re at home off from work and have nothing to do but follow it with a day of snake juice. That’s just my thought! If you do it, good luck my friend!
No reason to do a dry fast that long. Do 48s or 72s with redress and tests and you won’t get yourself into trouble. Dry fasting can be dangerous. Adapt to the 24h, then do a few 48s and THEN venture into 72s
