Currently on day 2 (44 hours in) and looking to push to 15 days. I’ve been using extended fasting and Keto/zero carb to drop from 215lbs to 187lbs. I had a huge cheat meal the day before so I started this probably not in ketosis. My longest fast so far is 56 hours but I can’t wait to crush that! Will update before fast is over! BTW: I’ve been supplementing with sea salt, potassium, and magnesium citrate. Water only too. This is my final push to lose those last pounds, wish me luck!
Update: Day 3 (66 hours) in and I’m feeling decently good. Been doing a lot of exercise and I stay sleepy. No cravings strong enough yet lol.
Update: Day 4 (85 hours) in and I have no cravings. I feel amazing. Upped my potassium to 3x a day.
Update: Day 5 (111 hours) in and WOW has time gone by. I woke up feeling amazing but now I’m very light headed. I think it’s dehydration, so I’ll up my sodium too. No more hunger pangs lol, but man do I just miss eating! Crazy feeling imo.
Update: Day 6 (143 hours) in and I’ve had probably the best energy so far. Some heart burn which sucks but nothing too bad.
Update: Day 7 (157 hours) in and I broke it. The past two days I’ve nearly passed out, and I can’t perform at my job like this. I’m sorry everyone.
