15 days Egg mono

Okay so I stopped fasting for 30 days while eating a lot and unhealthy food. To get me back on track I’m starting an egg mono diet, it’s a known fad diet in my country but I know it will work to put me in ketosis and also lose some water weight. I’m expecting to lose ≈ 2,5kg of fat since I’m eating only 4 eggs a day no fat added. I’m considering 1kg of fat=7500kcal deficit. But in total I hope to lose 7/8kg. In the 17th January I have a beach trip so I hope to be thinner by then. After the trip I will get back on track and restart to eat well and fast on a regular basis. My current stats are 23F 165cm CW63kg and GW55kg I’ll update my day to day weight here. 02/01/2023: 63kg

I think you’re to scared.

Extreme calorie restriction is not good and not easy.You will kill your metabolism and eggs are not at all close to keto.

True keto means 80%of your calories come from FAT, eggs don’t have much fat. Protein is NOT keto.
