What would be the most efficacious protocol for dropping weight within 18 days? Anything and everything- throw it at me. Thanks. Stats: 6’3 250lbs Currently been cutting for awhile and I’m on PED’s to reduce muscle loss and strength loss during heavy cut.

I dont know about long fasts with peds but i dont necessarily see a problem with it.

However if i were to be extra safe, i would do intermitant fasting.

From personal experience, i lose weight best when i work out compltely fasted. I like to workout in the evening and only eat in the morning or workout morning and eat in the evening
