Ahh IMO, using a keto diet in conjunction with IF will foster better results. I’ve done OMAD while Working out and actually saw amazing results precovid.

Right now I’m going on 5 day and still doing light runs and resistance band exercises. Your body in the beginning needs to get used to the lower calories. You’re gonna feel like crap the first few days.
