2 days, working on my third

This is my first time fasting. Started at 143.5 and now am at 139.2 This may seem like decent process but I still feel bad about myself. At the same time, I’m starting to feel weak and get mental fog. Any encouragement would be appreciated. I really want to make it at least 5 days to try and get back to 135. My goal is 130, I feel like I’m never gonna get there.

You are less than 10 lbs away from your goal and you just started. Respectfully, what do you want? A miracle? You didn’t gain this overnight, it’s going to take a while especially since you have relatively little to lose. An excuse to stop? That’s up to (and on) you. Get some electrolytes, drink a ton of water, have a cup of broth with a squeeze of lemon if that will help.
