If we’re excluding the swings in weight from fed to unfed, and asking how long it takes to burn 15lbs of true and pure bodyfat, then at most about 20 consecutive rolling 48 hour fasts with small refeeds. How long will it take not eating at all? Eh, about a month, but that kind of extended fasting is unwise in my opinion. Just do rolling 48s or 72s until you’re skinny.
I went from 210lbs to 185 in less than a month.
Mostly Breakfast Only, Low Carb and walking a lot (2-3 hours a day).
I did some 48’s from time to time but not much.
I think I’m 5’9 although I don’t understand how the imperial system works so I don’t know how tall 5’10 is.
15lbs is no big deal.
I would just eat 1000 kcal or less while going for walks everyday.
But then it depends on if you’re in a hurry to lose the weight or nah
