I just started fasting 21 hours and eat in a 4/5 hour window. I'm my goal is 200g protien. I'm currently 263 lbs aiming for 200 grams. I bodybuild everyday 45 min not including cardio. How the heck can I eat 200g in a short window without being so full?

The bigger issue is that your body can only process so much of that; You’ll literally wizz a certain percentage of it out… Unless you’re on anabolics. Below is a good article.
