The scale doesn’t tell the entire story. But depending on a variety of personal health factors, age, metabolism, diet, etc. you likely need to increase your fasting period. It’s not uncommon for people to need something like alternate day fasting (eat every other day) to start seeing changes.
Personally, I find omad like you’re doing is great to maintain weight. But when I want to shift the scale, I have to weave in alternate day fasting.
