I have been doing omad with 18 hrs dry then I drink and eat my omad. Do we get benefits with omad?
I might try 48 now. It’s been a while with omad, but I feel like I need to step up my game maybe?

So just a couple of thoughts here:
- If you’re fasting for 18hrs that means your eating window is 6hrs, that isn’t usually considered OMAD but just standard IF. If you’re doing OMAD the eating window is supposed to be just 1 or 2hrs a day.
- This is important because if you just have 2hr eating window, it doesn’t take much to get the fasting time to 24hrs, e.g. day 1, eat between 4pm-6pm and day 2 eat 6pm-8pm.
