It's still so early in my journey, but i am incredibly excited to have hit my first goal!! I started with plain old CICO, but kept stalling out. Integrating 16:8 into my life has made it so much easier to stay on track, and it's taken a lot of the focus off of food.
I'm sure it's been said a million times already, but being able to "save" my calories for later in the day makes the food that i *do* eat so much more satisfying and filling.

And yes, I totally agree. IF makes it so much easier. Trying to calorie-count and stay within range for 3 meals plus 2 snacks every day was so much work and was so hard to succeed at. It’s so, so much easier to just eat fewer meals each day.
