Hey I am a male 25, can someone advice me a little how to do this?
1.83cm(6ft) and 80kg(176 pounds) , I want to drop to 70kg(154 pounds).
I have to get up in the morning for work which is a 17km(10 miles) bike ride. By 12 I get pretty hungry, but I can continue to fast, should I do it?
Then I go to the gym which is another 17km(10 miles) bike ride. At this point I want something sweet & proteiny so I grab one of those protein shakes that have some fruit in it.
Then I ride another \~4km(\~2 miles) home and have my meal which is lean chicken breast, eggs, some cottage cheese.

My day is active, all day, 5 days a week.
Is this good..? How would I fit snake diet into this because I really like fasting...

If you want to maintain working out with the snake diet method of fasting I reccomend doing 48H periods of snake juice and eating a high protein medium calorie meal and work out on your refeed days. For so with this you’d probably hit the gym only 3 times a week but its healthier if you want to maintain muscle mass. Edit: And about the hunger part, your body will eventually get used to not eating. I don’t experience hunger anymore and just eat till I feel my stomach is full but I dont exersise and I do 72H.
