I do rolling 48s
48 hours dry, followed by omad on the third day with lots of water throughout.
the omad I have is high protein and fat keto-based with a zero sugar protien drink on the side.
note, I do not do this routine for any of the dryfasting benifits but rather because going dry helps my willpower and cravings. If I even have so much as a coffee during the fasting phase sometimes, I cant help but start grabbing for snack.
Dry fasting in general is usually not used for weightloss but rather as a full system reset. You will still get extraordinary health benefits from doing keto omad. it will also allow you to keep your gains and stamina at the gym. The fat will still melt off of you like crazy too!
