3 stone. 11 weeks .... can it be done?

Hi all. I'm 5'6 male 85kg and 29.9%vbody fat according to scale. I had been loosing weight before Christmas and I rejoined my gym and started lifting again. Come January though I cought COVID and had bouts of four or cold since. This has really hindered me in n loosing the fat before holiday in July. I have snake dieted here occasionally do 24-48s which helped maintain my previous weight loss If I start back at the gym doing 5 day split and 30 minutes of cardio ( outside my dog walks), will it be possible to loose this 3 stone in 11 weeks. Previous calliper fat % would put Me around 12% body fat. I'm happy to do rolling 5-7 day fasts but I just need some encouragement that the hard work will be worth it come holiday. I don't want to be a beached whale 😂

yes I think so, if you do rolling 48’s, definitely rolling 72s. add in a 24 or 48hr dry fast into your rolling 72.

that’s about 3lbs/wk.

eat minimally on your refeed. keep your window short (like max 1hr), high protein and good fats, low carbs to keep yourself in ketosis or make it easier to get back into it.

when I first did snake diet, I lost 20lbs in 2 weeks doing the absolute bare minimum (48hr fast, 500g of sj/day). I had to walk a lot because I took transit to work, but sat the majority of the day.
