3 WEEK WATER FAST

I'm starting my 3 week water fast, any mess ups will be put in this post, my starting weight is 227 I'm going to be taking a multivitamin and drinking water only, wish me luck šŸ˜ UPDATE: today was going to be day 1 however I decided to eat because I'm going out with a group of friends, so I'm going to start tomorrow UPDATE: I was really struggling to keep hunger at Bay so I drank a Propel water and that helped my hunger.

I’m on day 17 of 21…then probiotic keto refeeding…..I’m planning on refeeding…with nuts, avocados, fatty red meat, eggs, kimchi, sauerkraut, and some kombucha…over a week period..I weighed 200 at 6’3 now about 180…I’ve been using Himalayan salt since the beginning because of leg cramps…I drive a truck all day so my muscles seize up..I probably would be 170 without the salt intake…but it’s good because that’s my actual weight hydrated and won’t probably gain anyy added weight but I’m doing this fast for health, not weight but I guess they go hand in hand

Good luck! I just hit my 7day of a water fast. At first I was only going to do 2 days and after the results I decided 7day. Now that I’m here, I’m going for 14 maybe 21 days.I cook for my family it really turns up the cravings.. I always have water with me to fill my tummy. This might sound weird but I also like to smell food just to satisfy my senses.I just keep telling myself I haven’t loss weight in a long time and I’ve been eating all my life. Now is the time to meet my goals. I’m down 14.4 lbs in 7 days. I take a multivitamin, allergy meds, and 100mg of caffeine every day. I drink 33.8oz of electrolyte water and try to hit a gallon of water a day.
