Iām on day 17 of 21ā¦then probiotic keto refeedingā¦..Iām planning on refeedingā¦with nuts, avocados, fatty red meat, eggs, kimchi, sauerkraut, and some kombuchaā¦over a week period..I weighed 200 at 6ā3 now about 180ā¦Iāve been using Himalayan salt since the beginning because of leg crampsā¦I drive a truck all day so my muscles seize up..I probably would be 170 without the salt intakeā¦but itās good because thatās my actual weight hydrated and wonāt probably gain anyy added weight but Iām doing this fast for health, not weight but I guess they go hand in hand
Good luck! I just hit my 7day of a water fast. At first I was only going to do 2 days and after the results I decided 7day. Now that Iām here, Iām going for 14 maybe 21 days.I cook for my family it really turns up the cravings.. I always have water with me to fill my tummy. This might sound weird but I also like to smell food just to satisfy my senses.I just keep telling myself I havenāt loss weight in a long time and Iāve been eating all my life. Now is the time to meet my goals. Iām down 14.4 lbs in 7 days. I take a multivitamin, allergy meds, and 100mg of caffeine every day. I drink 33.8oz of electrolyte water and try to hit a gallon of water a day.
