thats so awesome, i really wanted to try it out for myself once i lose most of the weight with dry fasting. this is super inspiring thankyou for sharing! any tips on how to calculate the 20/80 protein fat ratio? i think you just take a set calorie amount for your meal like 600 then take 20% and use that for protein calories then 80% of the 600 for fat calories? thanks!
I know maybe its not something i should post on this topic, but i have heard someone say that if you eat fat on keto, the body is going to use that ingested fat for energy instead of your own, do you think its true?
Anyone have an example of a meal high in fat for female that includes Something more solid like fish or steak for example…I just start rolling 72s and have 20 pounds to go!!…I know about spam/avocado/peanut butter etc….but what else can I cook and eat..been doing rolling 48s with no restrictions on eating came from 170 to 155 in 3months (I’m 26) I workout 3 to 5 times a week(1hr total per session)…I just want to have high fat meals moving forward with these 72s. Or will doing 72s alone do the trick?? T.I.A☺️
