(30M) 245 lbs down to 185

[](https://i.imgur.com/0jkiDBt. OMAD fasting and incline treadmill walking every single day. One low calorie meal a day. At least an hour of cardio every day at a 15% grade and at 4.2 mph. Was burning 1200 calories every hour. Did this until I got down to 185 lbs. My birthday was in May, I turned 30 and realized I was very unhappy with my weight and my lifestyle. This was the catalyst, i suppose. By late September I was down to 185. Then I switched to bulking, lifting and taking creatine. Im currently slightly over 200 lbs. I'm ecstatic with my progress. I have changed my relationship with food and feel so much better overall. I realize that this paragraph reads kind of sloppy but I'm on mobile and have already taken melatonin so I'm a little tired too. I wanted to share this before bed to see if it's noteworthy to all of you and to see if I wake up to a "good job" or something. I'm trying really hard.

Amazing progress. Love to hear about how much happier you are and how much better you feel 🙌🏼 Just curious: why is your OMAD low calorie? Well I guess, how low are we talking? I had amazing success with a mix of 18-20+ hr fasts and OMAD, and I always feaaaaasted, man. Always wanted to make sure I ate enough, especially when there’s exercise involved. Clearly what you’re doing is working wonders, just worried about how low calorie might impact you long term ♥️ Keep rocking it!
