*Edited update* So, I broke my fast on day 15. Was feeling incredibly nauseous. Am back on the fast today and going for 20 days this time round. After I broke I gained back 5 pounds eating keto. I'm a 28yo female, 5'5. SW: 182 CW: 160 GW: 135
