I just chug my electrolytes in one little swoosh of water. No idea how people sip on it, power to them. I take my electrolytes every other day usually, if not longer. For a bit there i was taking my daily recommended dosage daily and i kept getting bad diarrhea. Cut back to 50% daily recommended every other day n that did the trick. Im fairly active at work too so beats me. We’re all different so tinker around and see what works for you.
