A little background on me - I used to be 175 lbs a few years back and lost about 40 lbs through healthy eating and exercise. My original GW was around 118-120 and I was never able to get there and have been maintaining around 130-133 for years. I’m not kidding you but I’ve literally tried everything. I’m dedicated in the gym, I’ve counted macros, done keto and all kinds of things and never saw a major change more than a couple pounds.
Started IF 16:8 right after New Years and weighed in at 129.8lbs and today only 4 weeks later I weighed in at 126.2. I know this is not a lot for most people but for someone who has been stuck in the 130s for literally years. I feel like crying happy tears.
What a feeling?!!! So my body truly is capable of reaching the goals I have and I don’t need to give up??
My GW is around 115 lbs, I’m 5’1 and also lift weights regularly.

You got this! I’m also 5’1, 24 year old female and the past year I was stuck between 130-135. Oct-Dec I was stuck between 125-130. I started OMAD January 1st. Some days were 16:8. My GW is 115. I’ve been hitting the gym more regularly, mostly weights, and making sure my meals have good protein and healthy fats.As of this morning I weighed in at 120. We can do this :)
