Walking, it’s easy and you can do a fair amount of it while fasting. I’d say an hour and a half walk twice a day.Pick somewhere to go specifically, walk to a gas station that’s an hour and a half away. It is MUCH Easyer if you have a destination. Trust me walking in circles is a much different battle. If you do 3 hours absolutely break it up into two sessions. Break up your walking into at least two sessions depending on how long you plan to walk for.
On your refeed days, eat a pound of meat an that’s it. Roughly 700 or so calories. Maybe you don’t eat just meat, but absolutely eat pure keto. May I recommend steak and eggs, or chicken and eggs. Keep the refeeds low calorie.
Rolling 72s minimum more than likely, if you don’t want it to be just water weight you lose.
Again, drink minimum 2L snake juice a day. Sip on it all day, if you chug a bunch there’s a chance you will shit yourself as your body shoves water into your digestive system in an attempt to balance the salt/water ratio in your blood quickly.If you don’t force it’s hand it can adjust slowly. It’s not a fart, just remember that. Sorry but, someone should mention this part. Don’t jug, sip actively.Plus it will make it all Easyer and you’ll feel loads better.
15 is a lot to ask for. Anytime you’re hungry sip the snake juice. For me, I sip the sj and use the vape. Walk. And if that’s not cutting it, the final solution is to get angry. Be angry, not at other people, be angry at the hunger. You said no. Anger is emotional, it will help you counter the instinctual need to eat. But I mean genuine anger, frowny face smoldering I’m Ganna be pissed all day until the grumbles go away. An when they do, you can relax.
I’m doing rolling 96s. With snake sj,nic vape, walking, and single sets a day at the gym. OH get sleep. Go to bed. And black coffee in the morning to get you going, not a lot. Personally I mix in coffee and sometimes a diet soda, but I made sure to drink my snake juice. You can literally feel yourself lose physical energy as you get dehydrated from other fluids running through you. Dehydration leads to hunger just so you know, literally.

I also recommend long stretching. Staying in one position for 10 minute before switching. It releases endorphines and gives the brain some lasting pleasure.
