This is day 5 of my 9 days dry fast. Dry fast mainly for weight loss and eczema.
I will break with ionized h20 on Tuesday. I've only done max of 3 days and have never pushed myself this far so this is really a huge feat for me. The first two nights i slept like a baby and stayed in bed till 11am. Day3,4,5 I couldn't really fall asleep till 2-3 am. Averaging at 1kg loss of fat/water. I am relatively inactive, only doing light weights for 10-20mins a day.
Skin condition: I no longer have eczema flare-ups and my skin is slowly healing from scratch marks
Sleep: slowly getting lesser sleep each day.
Mood: nothing. tired and don't wanna talk. Just want to finish my 9 days.
**Refeed Protocol.**
Tuesday: Ionized water/ h20 with baking soda, ACV and salt. magnesium supplement
Wednesday: GreenTea
Thursday: Rozelle Tea
Friday: watermelon/cucumber/avocado.

\*\*Anyone who have experience with breaking dry fast please advice. Im going on a trip next weekend so i have to make sure i dont screw up my refeed with anything high sugar, high carb.

Beef liver, mineral salt and a little water is great at breaking the fast with
Avoid carbs a for few days at least and whrn you do start eating it make sure it is in very small amounts. You want your insulin sensitivity to normalize.
