About to start my 5 day dry fast longest I’ve ever gone is 80 hours, also gonna take the week off from the gym and when should I go back to the gym after the fast? And any tips for the 5 day dry fast?

Take it easy. Don’t over exert yourself. For some reason, sitting out on my balcony on a slightly cool sunny day made my body feel better. If you feel your heart begin to race, which does happen, breathe in slowly through your nose, and out through your mouth, which helped me relax. Trying to sleep can be hard around day 4+, so listening to something relaxing may help
