Im a black coffee with splash of soy milk drinker. I need that in the morning .. what is the effective fasting windows??

You don’t need the soy, you’re just used to it. You can get used to not having it in your coffee. As for the most effective window, what matters most is you pick one that you could maintain consistently, the “when” matters less.
