So this morning I finished my 7 day fast. Nothing too special but I thought I´d share my progress.I started this to lose weight, simple as that, and it worked. Most of it´´´´´´´ is water weight, but a few lbs should be fat loss. Here are the stats:

Height 171cm/5´ft7in
SW: 126.8KG/279.5lbs
CW: 118.3kg/260.81lbs
GW: around 90kg/198lbs

I took the electrolytes according to the guide (it tasted like piss), drank diet soda and ate nothing. Walked around 7000-15000 steps/day and did some machine rowing. That might´ve helped with the weight loss.

Also, working as a baker was hella tough cause I usually snack on something in between or just eat something for breakfast. Abstaining from that was a challenge in and of itself. I feel for everybody who fasts and works at a restaurant/where food is readily available.

As for breaking the fast, I ate 3 pickles cause I hate bone broth. This morning ate 2 scrambled eggs and some bacon. In the evening Ill probably eat some veggies, meat and potatoes.

Thats all she wrote. Idk what else to post, I probably broke about a thousand fasting guidelines and rules, but Im happier where Im at than I was a week ago.

This is awesome, almost 20lbs in 7 days! Obviously you’re right, a good portion of that is water weight, but still, you definitely lost .5-1lb of true fat per day. Glad you’ve seen what can be accomplished in a short time given some willpower!
