I’d say by day 3 you may want the snake juice. I used to do 72s and stopped. May go back. Doing 48s now and seems easier and more sustainable. On 72s I cared less about what I ate which was kind of a bonus, but trying to be more strict on 48s. Day 1 and 2 were always fine, but from 60+ hours you may just feel it more 🤷♂️
