75 hours in fasting

So this is my first time fasting ever and I past the 3 day mark and decided to push to 96 hours. However I’m not sure what to refeed with so I don’t fuck up my stomach. Any tips would be much appreciated! And im still on the edge if I should just roll 48s or 72s

First things first, congrats on making it this far! I’m sure it was more of a mental battle than a physical one, at least my first 72 was.

I would recommend some soup or bone broth to reactivate your digestive system then wait like 2 hours and have a small meal, siim land on YouTube is a great resource for this topic he has many videos explaining how he breaks long fasts

Start VERY lightly. Coconut water and a few bites of watermelon or some bone broth. Wait 20-30 minutes and then eat a low carb meal, some type of protein and veg.

If you want, have a SMALL HANDFUL of berries, no more than that. Low glycemic fruit so you don’t spike the hell out of your insulin.
