Hi IF crew!
I wondered if anyone here does 9-3 (am to pm) window here and found out sustainable (switching or opening the window a bit on weekends to accomodate social life?)
I’ve done keto and morning fasts for much of the last few years, but in listening to my body decided I need breakfast and have moved off this way of eating and style.
I’m thinking I’ll try a light breakfast, nutritionally dense lunch (rice, tuna, green smoothie) and some vegetables later before the window closes. But I know 3 to 9 the next day is going to be tricky (mind / matter, and all that).
Was curious as to if this was anyone else’s window and how it had suited you?

I do 5 am to 1 pm. I eat a big breakfast starting with a banana. Then it’s oatmeal with blueberries followed by two eggs and toast. I eat a Turkey sandwich or leftovers for lunch. If I can, I’ll eat a bag of green beans stir fried before my window closes.
