9 day dry fast

Hello guys, I'm doing my 9 day dry fast and I would like to give back to this community with updates on how I'm doing after each day. The idea of fasting for longevity and health has been fascinating me for almost 5 years now (I'm M 26 and in my teens and early 20's I lead much unhealthier lifestyle compared to one I'm leading now) and I do not do it to lose weight but to improve my health and heal certain misalignments as well as see how will I feel after it. Why 9 days? Because of dr. Filonov. I did many water fasts in the past as well as a couple of 2 and 3-day dry fasts. I always enjoy reading people's experiences on this subreddit so I thought to myself why should I not make mine. If you have any questions, ideas or encouragement please do not hesitate to post them. I don't weigh myself but I'm usually around 75-78kg at 179cm. My guesstimate is 77kg currently. Thanks for reading Day 1: smooth sailing so far, felt some weird cravings throughout the day but i didnt feel the usual hunger or thirst, thankfully no headaches because i quit coffee prior to starting this dry fast, mind is sharp, im at 25 hour right now and feel some weakness in the body, didnt do any exercise or much physical activity and i dont plan on doing any throughout this fast Day 2: low energy, just laying around and meditating, no pain, didnt use the internet at all, just updating this thread now. no problem sleeping so far
