9 Day Dry Fast

I’m getting ready to embark on a journey of 9! 9 Days dry. In April I dry fasted 7 days and then drank water for 11 days thereafter, so I fasted a total of 18 days in April. This month I only want to do a 9 day dry fast. I know 7 days dry is so close but that seems to be my threshold. I’ve dry fasted many times since beginning this journey in 2013. The first time I ever dry fasted with intention I did 5 days no prep. Throughout the years I’ve dry fasted many more times averaging 4-7 days max. For a while my threshold was 4 days and now 7 so if I make it to 9 days dry that’s a new level new devil 😩

Answer

Although I appreciate that you can dry fast for therapeutic reasons not because you want to lose weight “74-90 pounds” as you state in the comments is likely to be dangerously underweight. How tall are you?

Answer

Most people are unhealthy & overweight and actually don’t know what a healthy body looks like. Everyone tells me how good I look until I place a number on it then it suddenly become dangerous that’s why I usually don’t state my weight. Nobody would ever say that until they hear the number and it’s frustrating. The fact that I’m a thin person already doesn’t mean I’m not allowed to experience the benefits of fasting. There are much more benefits to fasting than weight loss but I guess most people are only doing it to lose weight. Weight loss is a natural byproduct of fasting, it’s going to happen and when you are already thin and fast you are going to be even thinner! This doesn’t mean you are sick! But this lets me know where your thoughts really are and now I understand why most people will never benefit from fasting in the ways that I do. You are vain people and think it’s all about vanity and weight loss, shame on you. That really hurts my feelings and ignorance like that is part of the reason why I don’t be wanting to be here anymore. I’m a light being literally and figuratively speaking and because I’m thin, means I’m even closer to god. At Any Time. … ………
