I’ve been on progesterone pill for about 10 years now (47f). To start with I bled a lot and then I stopped for years, and then I started to get a bleed every three months or so. Then just before I started IF in May, I was getting a bleed every 6 weeks or so, which then stopped completely. So not consistent at all! And part of it might be that I’m probably perimenopausal. I decided not to worry too much about it as I had bloods and bone scan done recently and they were all fine, and I certainly don’t want to be pregnant! (been there, done that x2).
OMG. So weird that you said that, I’m just now realizing that the same happened to me! I’m on the depo shot, I haven’t had a period in about 8 years. About a week into IF I lightly bled for about 3 days. I didn’t think much of it at the time but maybe it’s not a coincidence
