A few quick questions

I started IF 12 days ago and it's going good on a 18:6 or 20:4 depending on the day. Is it fine to change it up like that or should I stick to either one? Also, I work out every second day. I take a shower immediately after that and then eat, which comes down to roughly a 20 minute timegap. Is that okay to do or should I work out earlier to have more time before I eat? Last, I've lost roughly 3,5lbs in these 12 days. I'd like to pick up the pace as I'm still a looong stretch away from my goal but I don't want to lose too fast and run into health risks. If it helps, I'm a chunky boy at 5'7,5 and 274lbs

For the eating windows, if their in roughly the same time frame, it’s fine. You want to keep to at least 16 hours of fasting time between eating windows.

Don’t worry about eating right after a workout. You have hours before you need to eat (unless you’re a powerlifter). For the vast majority of gymgoers the “anabolic window’ is bullshit.
