A little help/advice.

I’ve been doing 16:8 (sometimes 18:6 dependent on how busy I am at work) since June of 2022. Down 17lbs since that time but I seem to be stuck. I will admit that I do IF every day but Sunday. Sunday is my ‘cheat day’ but all it means is that I will eat a reasonable breakfast (scrambled eggs and maybe bacon) but I usually will not eat again until dinner and then start my fast by 7:00 pm for the rest of the week. I swim on a Masters swim team 3x/week and play floor hockey 1x/week. I will add some strength training but anything else as a suggestion will be greatly appreciated. TIA

How long have you been stuck? If it’s for a long time, you need to eat less, fast longer, or cut out carbs. Exercise is great for health and maybe building muscle, but largely irrelevant to weight loss.
