Ive been trying to shed my extra insulation for years to no avail and im super happy that IF seems to be the answer i have long needed! I noticed a multitude of NSVs this week after 2 months of IF. My PPE at work is loose enough that i had to order a new set to avoid getting it caught in machinery. My wedding ring is too big for me (problematic for resizing because its tungsten carbide...) and while making some coffee on tuesday before work i sneezed and my pants fell down much to my wifes amusement, just glad i was at home and not work!

On the rings. Ive gone through several. I started buying the silicone rings off Amazon. Plenty of styles and I don’t have to worry about losing it. My original gold ring just slips off now as does the second tungsten ring.
