Accidentally started intermittent fasting!

Hello! Im a 18yr old male who 8s currently in HS. As a new years resolution I started to wake up at 4 am for studying and sleeping at 10 pm. I naturally started to having breakfast around 7 and then lunch at 2pm, Then i dont eat at all! I feel great already as my digest has improved many fold and i have high concentration for increased amount of time. Just wanted to post this cause i find it funny i am able to do IF with ease now and i couldnt before and just in case it helps someone :) edit : height 164 cm, already down 5 kgs from 75 to 70!

Am I reading it right that you’re only sleeping 6 hours a night? That might not be a good idea. Sleep is important to brain development. You may need less than average, but consider that you may be robbing yourself of long-term brain health. At 18 you may not need to control your caloric intake much at all, if you’re eating a healthy diet. You have not posted your SW or GW (or height) which means we as a community can’t provide our collected wisdom. And to boot, we’re just a bunch of internet avatars. Don’t hesitate to ask a medical professional for advice!
