On /r/fasting there are two groups that made discord chats and, honestly, they’re SO motivating. You can easily edit your username to show which day/etc you are on your fast as well. I’m restarting my fast tomorrow and plan to go Mon-Fri. I’m likely “from the future” compared to most of you – I live in Wales and am in the London time zone. :) 5 hours ahead of EST.’
