I've been in a pretty big slump these last few months since separating from my husband. I put my health on the back burner, and am ready to make fitness and physical/mental health my main priority. IF has always worked well for me in the past and had me feeling my best - I just sometimes need a little kick in the butt to get going with it.
I'd love to find a friend to help hold each other accountable to our goals? I'm 31F, ex-athlete, RN, and dog lover! Easy to talk to and can be a hard ass if needed :P

What is your “Why?”.
Life changes as you’ve described are always hard…(been there)…yet one needs to compartmentalize different life issues & meet them head on. Does the separation have anything to do with your getting back to you, your dreams or your goals in the terms of showing “how wrong the other person is”?
Or are you ready to be self determined for you & you alone?
There is a significant difference & your “why” will drill down to the intent.
