What are you healing? The first to days is totally discipline and perseverance. After that most craving go away. Keep your mind occupied and try and move around if you feel yourself wanting to break the fast in first couple days . Morning of day 3 you’ll be fine
I’m starting as of today too. It’s mandatory to be in the moment every time your brain sends a signal - along with a few pathetic excuses- to start eating and or drinking. It’s the first couple of days that are hard especially towards the end of the second one.. it’s only ghrelin doing it’s job … look it up … good luck.
