I did similarly, 88hr fast every other week while doing 16:8, 2MAD. Lost 60lb in 4mo (did the 88hr fast 9 times). Now maintaining at goal weight doing 2MAD without the longer fasts. Weight is actually drifting down a little more and measurements improving still. Waist from 48” to 34”. Pretty significant workout sched is also part of this for me.
I do something similar currently, incorporating 48s into an OMAD regime is a nice boost for me. It’s not always an intentional thing, but if I get to the end of the day and don’t feel hungry, I’ll just skip it and carry on as normal the next day.
It’s much easier to do 48s when you’re already on OMAD
