12am is midnight. 12pm is noon.
1pm - 12pm is 23 hours. If you meant 1pm - 12 am - that’s 11 hours. Both are considered fasts. If you eat at 12am, you aren’t starting a new fast at 12 am, assuming you don’t inhale all your food in one minute. So let’s say 1 am to again to 12pm the next day is another 11 hour fast.
So, if I get you, yes technically you are fasting for a total of 22 hours per day, and doing 2x 11hr fasts with 2x 1hr feeding windows.
What’s your goal? You’ll likely lose weight this way if that’s what you’re asking, presuming that you are eating a reasonable amount of calories in these two meals. However, lots of proponents of intermittent fasting would say that one longer fast per day would be better. Though whatever you are going to be able to stick to is the best option.
Hope that helps?
