Happy Ramadan!I dont think there is any good or bad fasting routine.I would say don’t overdo your meals in the evening or else your sleep will get worse. If you are used to fasting and you feel fine, keep fasting or keep your refeed meals small (600 calories to 1000 cals max) and clean whole foods. Cole recommends staying in ketosis during your refeeds so that means very low carbs, no sugars but you can have moderate protein, leafy green veggies and healthy fats. Drink your snake juice to feel fine.
