Advice and my experience

Hey all, so I’m looking for advice regarding non stimulant appetite suppressants. ECA is a definite no go, only panic attacks palpitations and no appetite suppressant. Adderall worked amazingly (great mood, energy, no appetite at all) until I got paranoia about 5 weeks in. Anyone know of anything I could take? I really want to get down from 235 to 205 asap. I went from 265 to 235 in 5ish weeks with 48s/72s and the occasional 90. My experience: I powerlifted ages 18-22 and then stopped and got fat(ter). A few years later I wanted to get back in shape and tried this out. Then a couple months after I got back into lifting, I’ve barely lost any strength on my lifts from my time off, and it doesn’t seem that waterfasing had any effect either one I started eating again. It works. I highly recommend it to anyone who has sorted their diet out first and is beyond 18% body fat. Update: so I’m suddenly able to just do this with minimal effort and no help from any drugs. I’m on day two atm and I feel fine. Head feels slightly cloudy but nothing major. I’m only now slightly hungry. I haven’t even had snakejuice yet. I’m not sure why this is suddenly so easy but I don’t care so long as I get down to 15% bf. I’ll likely eat OMAD tomorrow night of roughly maintenance calories. It’s more like a rolling 60 but this shit just works and it works great. After week one I’ll use my old fasting routine and have whatever I want each Saturday. I do not recommend that to those who don’t have a healthy relationship with food already and are prone to fucking off diet for a week after one cheat day/meal. Goal is to be 210lbs by the end of July.

I have found that using the potato hack while fasting on snake juice took away my appetite.

I don’t eat as much as others do on potatoes, just 2-3 at most in a day whereas it seems popular for people to eat 3-5 meals worth in the same time.
