You’ll be fine. I was a custodian during a 21 day fast and a waitress during a 2 week fast, and that physical level of constantly moving was fine. Be hydrated though, for the blood pressure. Remember when playing basketball to be aware of any dizziness to minimize falling risk, but no big deal otherwise. Staying active makes the best fasts.
As for the hair loss, I don’t have male experience with that, haha, but my hair did get thinner. It’s not permanent though, and comes back after a few months, so don’t worry about that either. Though my hair texture actually changed from very curly to much more straight (and silky), but you probably don’t care too much about that.
