I’m completely different (29m, 125kg in 2020, 80kg today) but I feel like I have my fair share of IF and weight loss experience. For me if I want to really go hard for a few weeks 18:6 is my solution.
No calories before 1pm. No calories after 7pm. Try to keep the total under 1500 a day most days. Pretty much guaranteed weight loss regardless of what I do with exercise and lifestyle.
For a goal of only 1-2kg when already weighing just 52kg I don’t know if this would work as well. But you could try it for a week or two and see how it goes?
Otherwise there’s 20:4 and OMAD, but personally I always struggled with making those routines sustainable without having some sort of calorie binge when the other shoe drops.
While I’m much older then you, our height and weight are pretty similar. I started IF the last week of January (2023) at around 51kg. By quitting alcohol, eating healthier, exercising 4 days a week and fasting anywhere from 16-18 hours (no set schedule, just based on how I feel), I lost 2.5kg quite easily. Granted, most is water weight, but slimmer, nonetheless.
