Do you have a way to reheat food?Otherwise:-Thermos of soup as first dish. Warm, satisfying, helps you feel full and avoid overeating.
-Salad with eggs/chicken/halloumi/cheese….it can be pasta salad if you want some carbs. Be generous on the proteins you put so it does not feel like a “diet” choice but a nice meal. You can also add nuts, carrots, dried tomatoes, bacon, salmon… Plenty of ways to make different salad to keep it interesting
-Hard boiled eggs are great for a snack
-Lentils are great hot or cold, and you can add cheese or other stuff
